best deaf communities?

I am looking for a deaf community to move to...

I want a place that has many deaf people, deaf activities that I don't have to drive to, not too cold, cheap housing. I am from a very small town, very isolated and want to meet deaf.

I tried Riverside, CA last winter... overwhelming city life, crazy traffic. Ideal? Small inexpensive apartment near a gym and deaf community center, with deaf dances, sun and fun. Let me know if you know of a good place to live.

Fort Wayne indiana is a great area. We hve deaf volleyball 1 time a month we have deaf social 1 time a month and we have deaf church as well if you want more info let me know.
